After 9 months, we hike Mt. Daguldol for second time around with new company. At this time, the weather was not good to us. It's been raining and raining from Manila to San Juan, Batangas. We had our breakfast in Balagtas with Kuya Boyet karinderya (Kuya Bong brother). Despite relish, foods were too expensive and we got shocked. Then we continue our trip to San Juan and we arrived around 1100H through Kuya Bong resort. We prepared all the foods needed for an overnight camping such as(rice, water, condements, meals). This time around, we encountered our guide named "Kikiw" wherein he complaining about lifting 12 liters of water to the summit. Kikiw said, "in his 7 years of guiding, ngayon lang daw sya pinagbuhat ng tubig." At the moment we heard that, we were all smiling and laughing and he continued to chat with us but some of the story were false. We reached Kuya Narding buko house around 1500H and we took our rest and had fresh buko to drink. It's the start of calvary when we start trekking again, the trail were slippery and muddy. Our shoes were stuck in mud and the rain continues to pour. Until the nightfall on the road and we had our night trek for almost an hour. Around 1900H, we reached the summit and the weather were gradually associating. We immediately pitch our tent, preparing for dinner and some of us, do clothesline before its raining again. We had our dinner around 2100H and had our socials after that, inuman session. Unexpected, there were a trail run happening around. We chat some of them who reached the summit and they had their triathlon event and we gave water whoever needed it. We witnessed a member of a group who were angry because his company left him in the air. Some of the participants were not able to reached the summit and they chose to stop at mini store, drunk water and rest. We reached the jump off around 1400H and some of us straight to swim to refreshened our body.
