After Christmas vacation we pushed to had a climb before the year ends. Unfortunately, only four of us are available so the damage is a little bit pain in the pocket. A good weather is approaching to us and we expect a lot of hikers to be there. The rumors was true wherein a lot of registration fee were collected in Mount Batulao. As I remember, there are three registration fees need to pay; amount of 20, 20, and 30 in peso amount. But once you saw the view of the mountain, you able to forgot those fees and get easily refresh once you pass by the trail. We start trek on old trail and traverse on the new trail as our guide suggested us. On the other hand, hikers do the climb reverse which was more degree of difficulty. The summit of Batulao was mark by "camp 10" painted in a stone and there was part of the old trail where you need to use a rope to climb. We started descent pass twelve o'clock in the afternoon and there was a store in the new trail which we decided to have our late lunch.
