Conquering Mount Ulap was one of the sweetest journey we experience throughout our quest. The 360 degrees view of the mountains, pine trees, cold weather that refreshes our body, and we didn't forget our good guide that help us when the rains pour down in the campsite. Before the climb, what a embarrassing moment happened to us. Our met up was in Victory Liner, Cubao and the bus will leave eleven o'clock in the evening (2300H), unfortunately, the bus left us. The three of us attempted to take chance passenger but the line was too long and the next trip is two o'clock in the morning. My friend decided to take a passenger van even though the fare is expensive. After a long trip, we reached Baguio City together with our fellow hikers waiting for us. This climb is one of the many participants involve with a member of 24 persons. Luckily, a nice weather met us along the trail until we reached the campsite around 2 pm . Before pitching a tent, we need to remove cow dung stray throughout the site and we notice that the camp is also cow pasture. We took up our lunch late then this rain poured and prevent our pleasure for almost two hours. A fair weather come up and its time to prepare for dinner and socials. As night deepen, the humidity also getting cold so we have to wore jacket, gloves, face mask to prevent from chilling.
