We met a rainy morning when we reached registration hall. We took a breakfast first before proceeding to climb Mount Daraitan. Our team were divided to three groups together with three guides. Most of us, are beginners and ladies, so we need to slow down the pace and help them in muddy trail. The trail was slippery, so we need extra precaution to continue trekking. Mount Daraitan were most likely assault, a three hours of trekking until reaching the summit. The sun were shine upon our arrival at the peak, a heart-like shaped river can be noticed as you face left of the summit. Suddenly, rain pour again and we need to sealed our camera for protection. Around 10am, we start descent and expecting to have lunch in Tinipak River but unfortunately, we felt hungry and we had our lunch in a bamboo chair station. It was difficult for us to take our lunch because our hands were muddy and we were shorten of water. We met new company, Jec and Mae, both are friends of boss Emon. They were our partners until we reached Tinipak River. Two years ago, there were no fees collected when entering Maytuntong cave unlike now, you had to pay twenty pesos for caving and five pesos for wooden bridge to be passed by through cave. We washed our shoes and some clothes in the river, in addition, we have inuman session in a mini falls. The water was so cold and don't need an ice on the shot glass. We took our dinner, especially loming batangas, near the registration hall before going back to Manila.
